Meditation

Meditation is the practice that leads to experiencing profound states of consciousness in a conscious way, which allows you to live in the here and now with an attitude free of any judgement.

The ultimate goal of meditation is to awaken conscious awareness of ourselves as spiritual beings and the benefits that derive from the practice are innumerable.

Entering a meditative state allows you to increase your ability to concentrate, develop a more positive mental attitude, more flexible and capable of responding to life events with confidence and serenity.

Emotions are managed with greater awareness in order to transform pain and welcome situations and feelings as they are.

The more we can turn off our mind, the more energy we have available to realize our inner potential and the goals we have set for ourselves in life.

Kriyā Yoga

Kriya Yoga is an ancient meditation practice that allows spiritual evolution and allows you to enter a deep state of inner peace.

It belongs to what is called Royal Yoga or Raja Yoga, classical texts such as the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita speak of it for its extraordinary effects on the evolution of consciousness.

This is one of the few timeless teachings, always transmitted from Master to disciple. The popularization in the West dates back to 1920 through P. Yogananda.

The technique can be learned in a day and is only transmitted in person through an initiation.

Meditation meetings

Meditation meetings are scheduled monthly, with the possibility of acquiring basic techniques as well as more advanced practices, in groups or individually on request.

THE KRIYA YOGA OF MAHAVATAR BABAJI

KRIYA YOGA KUNDALINI

Mahavatar Shiva Gorakshanath Babaji, the Adi-Buddha of compassion, has given the modern era the Divine Alchemy of Kriya Yoga, which accelerates the Spiritual Evolution of the sincere seeker towards Self Realization.

Kriya Yoga is a meditation based on breathing. The ascending movement of prana expands the Consciousness of the Soul, while the descending action of apana burns the previous karma and that which accumulates in the present. These pran-apanic breath currents dissolve the seeds of potential karma and simultaneously evolve and transform the mind into Divine Consciousness.

Kriya Yoga Shiva Shakti is more than a way of life: it is the Divine Alchemy that transforms the mind and merges it into the pure light of Consciousness.
